Go for a soft reset. It's possible something is 'stuck' also check your background tasks.

Think i found the problem, the phone is trying to sync my one note notes

Just noticed in the new keyboard if you select the word and press the shift button it toggles between all uppercase letters or all lowercase letters.

You're in the UK. Until recently your carriers could triple the prices and you could have done nothing about it, not even step back from the contract. Of course they are terrible.

Yeah you can normally type ahahahah and then click it to add it to the dictionary
