Been in the company for 17yrs. So the boss is starting to handover the reins to his chilren, who wants to do some things differently. Looks like the transition ain't gonna be pretty. Most of the older but key staff ain't taking a liking to this. Office politics sucks...

I hear you. The wife wants to move to Spain and raise Alpacas.

Whereabouts in Spain? Spain is nice and I like it but it's never been a place I wanted to live.

You have to be careful where you go. Hunting is a big thing in Spain (and other EU countries) so you need to think carefully about where you would live to avoid issues.

People can be a bit rouge in Spain (and other EU countries) and authorities usually turn a blind eye to it.

I know of a British person looking to sell off their llamas, I know not the same. They've become too ill to care for them. I can't remember if they're planning on returning to the UK. The have a property in France.

Oh course after I said that the sun came out...

However, winter has returned. It's cold it there!

It looks as though the rain is over next week, going by the weather app. We're hitting -4C overnight though.

My technical class isn't as overwhelming as I originally thought. My professor explains it well and great tutorials are shared with us, which helps a lot for the program we have to learn. I felt better today than I did last week. I think I'll be fine.

Also I *finally* got my refund check for the original glasses. So thankful, because that's hundreds back for me.

The UK isn't as bad as it's made out to be. The have had a pretty bad winter so far as well. Worse than here with the snow they had. The UK isn't set up to handle snow at all.

I didn't leave the UK because of the weather. I'm a Brexit migrant.

The problem with news is that they concentrate on big cities because it's more dramatic.

We've had the largest amount of rain in 50 years in December and January. Atlantic storms, high winds, large downpours.

Next week is the first time I've seen a forecast that doesn't have rain predicted every single day. It's going to be cold but I can deal with that.
