Over here in Malaysia, we rode the 2nd wave and kept the numbers low. Its partly due to sensible containment, part selective testing and the public cooperating by staying home to flatten the curve... and wearing mask.... its no longer about me, but we.
We're are moving towards relaxing the conditions for the movement restrictions by next week. Its a dicey decision. We have hundred of stranded student in the city when schools and colleges were shut down weeks ago. They will want to head back to home across States. Some business will slowly reopen with new SOPs/guidelines but its hard to predict if people, being people, will behave different from before.
Then there is a huge sticky problem with illegals workers & refugees hiding in densely populated areas and not wanting to be tested. Its also a obvious place for triads and gangs. In short, a festering place for a virus clusters, which had been cordoned off with barbwire. under "enhanced" MCO.
