WC 1M Post Challenge - You Ready?!

Nothing drives me more crazy than crappy audio during a meeting.

My Logitech headset is great. It's nice and comfy and the mic is noise cancelling. It also has a mute button. Very handy.

There's an app you can get now that uses AI to cancel noise.

My wife's new computer is an HP ultrabook with an i7. We got it for both the power and portability. It has a nVidia GPU.. I'd have to look up the rest of the specs...
Curious to hear what the specs are...if I had money, I'd have gotten a Dragonfly but I don't need all that extra.

Thank you. The Zoom breaking the sound thing scares me (people were saying that on Best Buy's site) but I feel like I'm not going to know unless I try. I'll also like to see if I can find it a little cheaper. If not, that's okay. Otherwise, everything else aside from the speakers being at the bottom seems good and a lot of people are impressed with it. It's the only solid one. If the webcam is bad, I'll just do what you and Rue said about getting the hub and doing that.

A 1TB is a lot more than what I need but the struggle is real so eh. I'll let y'all know if I end up buying it.
I just bought a XPS13 for the Mrs from Dell Outlet, i7/16GB/512GB with Iris Plus Graphics.

Get 2% cash back via Rakuten and then additional cash back via credit card.

Wow that's a really nice combination and deal too!
I'll look into it, thank you.

Yeah. It was supposed to be a long restful holiday weekend, but it isn't.
Yup. I'm sore from digging to fix a bunch of old sprinkler risers to drip irrigation. Also cleared out quite a bit of yard space of weeds and unwanted shrubs so we can plant our veggies in the soil.

Another place you may want to check is Tigerdirect.com.

With them, check out for open box deals. Amazon, only with Amazon itself, no third-party fulfillment, can have some great open box choices as well. Both have to sell or holdout as used but sometimes in the description, it’s just a damaged outer box

Was supposed to be off from work but am on call because of a crisis situation all weekend. Yup, no breaks.

Went to support two of my favorite restaurants. The Ethiopian place is closed, the Mediterranean isn't. Tough times indeed. The Ethiopian place had plans to expand to add a farm to table all vegan spot closer to where the gf's place is late last year early this year...

Went for a drive today in the mountains nearby.

What’s the name of the park. That’s one place to visit just from the pictures alone...
It's called Bois de Vincennes (The woods of Vincennes). It's the largest park in Paris.

To give an idea of size is about three times larger than Central Park in New York.

If you've been to Paris before this might be a place to check out on your second or third trip. It's a bit out of the way from the main sites and other interesting bits.

Chateau de Vincennes is nice as well as the suburb/town of Vincennes.

The structure in the picture is called Temple d'Amour or Temple of Love. It sits on an island of one of the four lakes in the park and there's a Buddhist temple nearby

Bois de Vincennes is also the end/beginning of Promenade Plantée, sort of.

Most people when they visit Paris for the first time they stick to the 1-7 arrondissements because that's where everything touristy is.

Mark II videos are out...the upgrades looks REALLY good vs Rue's phone. Let's see what the do with the Xperia 5 for this year. If they keep that functionality in the smaller platform, I'd grab one for sure... NEXT YEAR.

Otherwise, I'd be open to grabbing a Mark II...NEXT YEAR.

I guess I should have a look.
