WC 1M Post Challenge - You Ready?!

From what I read, it's an interesting phone for Sony.
It's a nice update for sure. Heard the headphone jack is still as ordinary as it was in the XZ1 line. At least it's there.

It's just that if Rue wanted to upgrade to it, the hassle to do so is a lot.

I'm not a person who buys or changes phones yearly (or regularly). This phone will probably last a while until I get sick of it.

I'm aware. Just saying that even if you wanted to, Sony doesn't make it easy to be able to do that. I liked that phone and really liked the Xperia 5, so I'll be curious what Sony does for the fall.

At work I feel like this lady sometimes, as I try to get thingd done. But I still cannot figure out the part of the story why I got stuck...

Now that just sounds like my 16 year old daughter Cassie “you never believe me” and “I told you that” so you had me laughing so hard she and her 14 year old sister came over to check on “what’s so funny?” and well I just laughed harder

It's called Bois de Vincennes (The woods of Vincennes). It's the largest park in Paris.

To give an idea of size is about three times larger than Central Park in New York.

If you've been to Paris before this might be a place to check out on your second or third trip. It's a bit out of the way from the main sites and other interesting bits.

Chateau de Vincennes is nice as well as the suburb/town of Vincennes.

The structure in the picture is called Temple d'Amour or Temple of Love. It sits on an island of one of the four lakes in the park and there's a Buddhist temple nearby

Bois de Vincennes is also the end/beginning of Promenade Plantée, sort of.

Most people when they visit Paris for the first time they stick to the 1-7 arrondissements because that's where everything touristy is.

Never been and I’ve got a bucket list of places when I’m done paying off these daughters of mine...These last two girls will break me yet. My luck, I’ll send them since that’s all the wife and I will be able to afford.

The sad part is that there is nothing flattering about being in this predicament. The lesson learned here is that the longer one operates in a space where things like your credibility and professional worth are devalued, the more removed from being geninuely vested and empathetic one becomes.

In my line of work, people with good intentions but poor execution or people who are burned to a crisp can do similar levels of damage to those they serve, even though the routes taken are very different.

This sounds very frustrating. I don't know the nuances of the environment like you do, but you don't seem like someone that would say something just to say it.

My profession is messy. Healthcare itself is messy as well. On good days, you get people back to level so they can keep handling their business. On bad days, you just feel runover by a broken system.

I think the most exhausting part of today was how much more emotional than usual I had to use to get things accomplished and when someone decided to high jack what I was doing just to understand what the plan was, and nearly screwed stuff up that was delicately put in place, I was annoyed.

I need a break. I'm annoyed at the fact I had to work on the past two PTO days I took to recharge. Plus, I need a break from COVID-19. A real nature break where I can go sit on a quiet beach and recharge.

Work was crazy today and will be tomorrow and Thursday. Craziness is bound to happen when there are only 3 days in the work week and everyone expects at least 40 hour output in 24 hours of effective working hours. Oh and Monday wasn't a holiday anywhere else and manufacturing sites are all still working 5 days of the week so

Weird start to the day.

Ford up the work computer and got a blue screen of death.

Thankfully a simple restart worked.

My computer had been acting weird for a while so I wasn't overly surprised by this.

Well hopefully you get the chance. Paris is great but it can be a bit crazy with the amount of tourists. I'm assuming the levels will go back up one day. It's a bit hellish.

Also, Paris has its bad points as well like any large city.

Had you Nissan'd up your computer it would have booted up just fine (couldn't resist).

That massively sucks though. Hope the rest of the day goes well.

Maybe it's a sign you need time off (or I'm still projecting).

Back to normal? The train car I'm in most of the seats are full. More importantly, there are train delays! Someone is on the track bed.

Hope they're unhurt. I'm just trying to run a work related errand to start the day.

Asuch as I don't want to, I'm going to spend some money and buy some new masks. I'll likely be wearing on until there's a vaccine.

I really am not interested in wearing one, but the problem is that there are so many #covidiots out there, I just cannot take chances. Yeah, I gotta deal with all that comes with being my shade and wearing face coverings. Not a decision I take lightly, as this will mess with my restaurant game too. Sigh.

It's a long weekend again... There's been a few the last couple of months. Though doesn't mean much.

I need a week off really. Plan is to go to the farm once I've got the engineering done on this project and they let us travel that far.

I've been watching some reviews of the new Sony phone. It's pretty impressive. Not enough for me to buy one but I do like it.

I'll wait for the next one or whatever.

It sounds like one is needed. I heard that the beaches are low risk, with social distancing. I hope you get one soon.

Ahh I hope that stays away for you. No one has time for that.
