So latest news. We went to look at an apartment. Even though we met with the owner and they liked us we decried not go forward.

Aside from being in an area we didn't like that much the apartment was smaller than we expected. It was tired looking as well. For the premium money they wanted it's not really worth it.

We also thought it was direct with the owner only to find out they use an agency.

So a bit disappointing overall.

Not much available now either. So we're looking at options for the first month and see what comes available.

The good part is that we have a better understanding of the area now and knowing where we want to live. So got to get the positives out of things.

The drive yesterday wasn't too bad. Our cat started off a bit unhappy but got used to it. Actually fell asleep.

We let her run lose in the car we feel it makes her happier being free and I think we were right.

Weather on the other hand has been crap. High winds and rain.

Hopefully tomorrow is nicer for our outings.

What kind of cat do you have?

I really find British Shorthairs to be adorable. They seem to be mellow, low maintenance cats.

What kind of cat do you have?

We have a Russian blue. They're a real people cat.

I'll be heading back to the Loir Valley in the nicer weather it's only 1 1/2hr drive from where I'll be living.

The largest cluster of chateau is around Tours which is about 2hrs away.

Hoping my parents come to visit this year so we can take them.

So I picked up the MA-750s today. I really like the sound. There's no inline mic with the one I have though. Lol.

It is what it is. Gonna break them in next week.
