WC 1M Post Challenge - You Ready?!

Re: WC 150K Post Challenge - You Ready?!

Sharing, pulling rank, shirking, giving, taking, letting go, taking over, compromising.... etc

Re: WC 150K Post Challenge - You Ready?!

So more tech rants.

The last round of screwdrivers I used for the Gear Sport were unsuccessful. The plan is to take it to get the battery replaced. I want to use my regular repair person, but some funky stuff is happening with the HTC 10. I'll likely start looking for somewhere else.

In the meantime I may end up getting the same 46mm Galaxy watch I roasted a few weeks back here. I still don't like the fact it was two toned. I am enjoying the S3 classic and would like to use that more on weekends rather than it being the primary watch. Plus I have wrists that can wear medium and large watches comfortably and am enjoying the larger watches again.

Love how my 2015 shield tv just got 9.0 with the July 2019 security patch and I'm still trying find the .kdz file to manually update the V35.

I'll let the more seasoned people here comment on this one. All I'll say is everyone pulls rank on something all the time. Some people are aware and try to be considerate. Some are aware and pull rank on purpose. And some are unaware of both pulling rank and its effects.

Teamwork like groupwork in school is a messy affair.

This isn't a referendum on her in this case. Nor am I throwing her under the bus. What happened was she wanted fish. It wasn't a discussion - she wanted them. She bought the initial setup and all. She tried to pull me into taking care of them afterwards and I resisted initially. I knew she was going to find it to be more labor intensive than she thought and shortly into the process, she admitted that. Then I just decided to do most of it to ensure the fish got the maintenance they need. So they're really her fish that I maintain. Lol.

The reason why I didn't own pets myself of any kind before is thinking about who takes care of them when I'm not around based on how my life is currently constructed.
I can't have a dog in my apartment, and I'm allergic to most cats. Since I really like dogs but cannot own one, I'm going to do the next best thing by volunteering at the Animal Protective League as a dog walker. I'll get to spend some quality time with the dogs and get some exercise for myself as well.

I'm not familiar with the song but the article made me feel sad for her. With reading it, I question how he doesn't know her car? With how regular she was doing this, it made me wonder how she never got caught.

I do give props for her to willing to make a choice to leave for better for herself and her daughters.

It's been a long day so far. Still at the car rental place...

There's also a good dance mix by Todd Terry. It went down a treat at the clubs back then

Very long day. Plane delayed an hour. Had to take back the car rental and get another car. Took 3 hours.

Still managed to get a bit though.

I'm so tired though...

I paid about $35 more than what I wanted, but I picked up the galaxy watch. Now I think I'm done. I'll still seek to get the Gear Sport repaired, but it's now really lower on the list.

I do love the Fossil Q Explorist series though. If I didn't have so many watches already, I'd have gotten one. They didn't do the Explorist HR in regular gold this time, and that's a shame.

You got technical there. Who says he didn't know she was there? Remember, not everyone shares all details of their story...

You're right. I forgot about that. I assumed as such because it didn't come up.

I'm curious as to how the rest of the year will play out in smartphone announcements. I'm not so sure that there is going to be a wonder device that shows up to blow the industry away.

Ok I officially hate the new fingerprint scanner on the Xperia 1.

It's total garbage. I've redone my fingerprints twice now and it still didn't work right.

Hopefully they fix it.
