WD 2 GO App Problem with HTC 8X

I have a problem playing my video collection (.mp4 h264) from my WD Mybook Live (NAS) with WD 2 GO app.
When connected and choose movies to play , it just keep saying "Loading ..... " , waiting for about 5 minutes, still not playing.
Then i go back to start, resuming again, still the same problem. Accidentally when i see settings on my phone storage only remain 300 MBs from 10 GB free.
Then i search for what files that consume so much space in storage option, i have i find my "Others storage become 8GB" increase drastically from 700MB, but couldn't find what is that.
I might think it caused by WD 2 GO app, when i try to stream my video, but keeping loading without response.
Anybody have a similar problem ?

yeah, I'm on my home. The weird things is, i can't free my phone storage space. Anybody know any app, that could clean up space. I try using HTC app, "Make more space", it can only free space from Music Videos, Pictures, and Documents. Dunno what "Others storage" mean or consist of.

Delete the app and see if the spaces opens.

Already do that, uninstall WD 2 Go, free storage still no changes.
