Weather app question

Is there a weather app available that would let you pin a radar image to homescreen? Specifically one that is animated so you can monitor storm progress without opening the app.

The Weather Channel app offers the current radar in its live tile but its not animated and it doesn't update the often, Its nice for pop up storms but I don't think it would work for monitoring a storm. You can always give it a shot its free and a really nice quality weather app.
