Web Video's stopped working 1520 - Still on 8.0

Cant seem to play any web video, youtube nothing for a week now.

I did not change a thing
Just get message after it tries to load from youtibe saying "Sorry we can't play this file on your phone"
Any ideas?

is this issue only on youtube website? also which browser are you using ?... you can use the metro tube app for viewing youtube videos for the time being Metrotube | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (India)
