Well, my 635 received a new firmware with Denim

I thought that low-end phones doesn't get new firmware version, just OS update, with Denim.

But today my 635 (which already has 8.1.1 because of Dev. Preview) received an update and for my surprise it's a new firmware number.
I was already resigned that with Dev Prev. my phone wouldn't get more updates from Denim, since I have all new features of it.

Not really, it's just a bit snappier. Haven't checked the picture quality.

Yeah, I want that equalizer on my AT&T 635 as well. Snappier camera wouldn't hurt my feelings.

They were talking about older devices not seeing any new firmware action, the 635 still is relatively new and has some time left in it for improvements and all.
