What apps are "must have" on a WP?

I've just ordered a brand new Nokia Lumia 930 which will be my very first cell phone running Windows Phone. This after I've been using Android since the HTC Wildfire was brand new in 2010.

What apps do you consider to be a must have on a Windows Phone? This could be anything, so please give me some suggestions.

Also, do you know if there are any apps for using Google Hangouts? Video calls would be great, but messages would be super great! Also, are there any working apps for Google+?

Thanks in advance!

There are already a few threads on this topic, so you might want to look for those threads.
Good ones are Facebook Beta (you'll have to get a direct link), myTube, Jack of Tools, the Bing suite, etc.
If there isn't a first-party app, there could be a third-party, ranging from first-party quality (6snap) to meh (Google Drive attempts)

IM+ is a venerable app that can hook into Google Talk.
Google has been locking down their services a bit more esp. the proprietary Hangouts, so don't expect an amazing experience here. They refuse to play ball, and there isn't much we can do.
No major Google+ app here. Google has made this platform less friendly to the intensive Google user.
