What apps give sports Alerts?

What app do I need for breaking sports alerts? On Android Team Stream was awesome with that, but they don't offer it on the WP app.

I've moved the thread to the Windows Phone Apps forum.

I use Cortana interests to get alerts for my favorite sports teams.

I originally posted it in the APPS forum a few days ago. Didn't get one reply so I took a shot over here.

Pretty shocked this isn't as easy as I thought it would be.
