I'm not talking about "what can I do to make it through the day". I'm talking about hot to prevent damage to the battery.
I've read people saying to avoid going below 10% charge, or leaving the phone plugged. Some say wireless is healthier for the battery, others say it's ok to charge it to 100% whenever you want (which defeats the purpose of having a long lasting battery in my humble opinion).
I have a lumia 1020 and well... it was not a cheap phone and I hope I can use it for 3 years or more. (hell, I won't discard a phone with such an awesome cammera just because there is a new model
)
What I'm asking is what can you advise me to do so that I can ensure my phone battery will keep healthy through the years. (For example, I usually let it go down to 5% and then I plug and charge it full, like a laptop... is this good?)
Hopefully this will provide help for other people regardless the phone model and brand
