What can I do to retrieve my SMS text messages for court?

I have poured over many solutions on here and there is none that is working with the current version of outlook.com there is no messaging folder... In contacts there is nothing there but really old facebook messages.

Any app or suggestions would be very helpful.

You could try through your carrier account. You may be able to access a list of all messages, but it might cost a little money.

Ask your lawyer, this must happen a fair bit and people shouldn't be expected to know how to print out their text messages.

I suspect that you'd have to submit your phone for examination so that someone can visually see the messages on your phone (anyone can fake print outs). They might them confirm with your cell provider if there's any need to.
