What Can I Use To Manage Music On Windows 8 As Far As Organizing and Rating Songs On WP8?

On WP7 Zune handled everything if i wanted to rate a song on there when i put it on my wp7 the same rating was transferred over, and if i wanted to have the artist on the song/album it would be on the zune player on wp7

when i try to put the same info into wp8 songs my double albums are all out of order, and a lot of my songs don't have the album artists in the background so i have a blank background and a blank xbox music lock screen what gives? is there a windows 8 app or desktop program i can use to fix this and organize my double albums and add artists to get it to display properly on the phone and have the ratings transfer over to my phone?
