What changed?

I had to replace my Nokia Icon that was running on the Windows developer software (as Verizon tracks their feet to update). Now with my replacement Nokia Icon, same SW and everything, I cannot get apps like my Bucks or Fitbit anymore. Why is that? Certain apps I used to have won't even show up in the app store anymore.
