I think you messed up with your phone while updating. Install 'Lumia recovery tool' on your PC, connect your phone to PC and repair the software using Lumia recovery tool (follow on-screen instructions)

Before that do a hard reset and check whether it gives life to your phone. Otherwise Lumia recovery tool is the only option. :smile:
