what does "saving...... " mean on phototaking

[Windows Central Question]

I just bought me the new? Lumia 550 and though i hate to get new apps all the time I am somehow comfortable with that phone.

BUT ... taking photos makes me desperate ... I can't find out generally and my biggest problem is: everytime I want to take photos ... it is "saving ...... " for endless times and I cannot go on taking photos ... for every f... photo ?????

Is there just the possibility to get the former lumia app on my new phone?

Are other apps open along with the camera?
If you have creative photos or any others apps such as e-mail or the dialer for instance open try closing them for better performance.
Also if you're saving to external memory the SD card might be the problem.
