what is eating my data?

Since i upgraded to windows phone 8.1 my data bundle depletes very fast, i lost 6 mbs for just opening games and Xbox profile update, my data just disappears unknowing, i can sense that its not normal even after disabling every auto updates, i can lose 5mbs by just opening the app store
I have seen this question somewhere which makes me think its not only me suffering from this, what do you guys think?

Are you getting these numbers from Data Sense? That would be the first place I'd look.
