What is the help line phone number for the Sketchable app for Windows 10?

I am an "old school" artist who is just now trying to get into digital art. I recently purchased a Surface Pro 4 with Window 10, and have just downloaded the Sketchable app. I see there is a help tutorial with the app that looks like there is voice-over explanations that go with visual tutorials. However, I can't hear anything! NOTE: The speakers on both the computer and the app show they are active and enabled, but still I hear no sound! Who do I call to help me hear the info on the tutorial? Thank You, Joe
