What is this app?

I have this app on my Sprint HTC Arrive called "zServiceTools" when i click it brings up the following info.

PRL ID
60680

I got the phone yesterday activated it and updated it and i just noticed this app this morning. What does it do and is it safe to unistall it?

(I'm not sure i should've posted this here. Can it be moved to to the correct forum)

It's not really an app, it's just a shortcut to your settings showing you your PRL and PRI versions. I had that show up on my phone after going into the ##3282# screen. I deleted it with no issues. You should be fine.

It installs itself if you use the ##786# code and is then visible so if you ever want it back just hit that code.
