What is your favorite desktop browser?

Firefox for years now.

Although Ive been thinking that maybe I should try to switch to IE. Isnt synced tabs etc coming soon, so it would beneficial to use it also in desktop? Im not sure though will IE be able to give me same extensions etc as Firefox.

Chrome is a no no for me because of Google.
What extensions do you like?

I have AdBlock Plus, Element Hiding Helper for AdBlock, Media Hint, Lazarus, Disconnect and Disconnect Search. I guess the first ones are the most important.

I like Firefox also because you can make it really compact and still have favourite sites as buttons. Only 2 rows have everything.

I use Waterfox. It's a 64 bit mod of sorts for Firefox, it basically supports mostly everything Firefox does, while only some plugins and apps are guaranteed to work, I find everything I used on Firefox works just fine.

I hated Chrome when it was new and I still hate it today. I've been using Firefox since the early 2000s and it has become second nature to me, so Waterfox is perfect for me. I will probably use Nightly if and when it becomes polished and officially out of beta, but Waterfox does wonders for me right now.

I've been using Opera from at least 2007 and probably its going to bee my Default browser forever. Never liked other browsers (IE, FFox, Chrome) because all kind of garbage* gets installed there (can't remember what they* are called, its around address bar).. But unfortunately not all websites work with Opera properly, so have to use additional browser (it can be any but Chrome, I hate it)

I'm running 64-bit Nightly, and I haven't had any crashes or bugs in over 6 months.

I used to like legacy Opera, but now it's so slow that it reminds me of dial-up Internet. Opera 18 just lacks features; for instance, there isn't even any way to send a link via email using Outlook (the client, not Outlook.com).
