What laptop should I buy?

I know that everyone likes to spend everyone else's money, but I am in need of help. It is June 23rd, Windows 10 is around the corner, and I am in need of a new laptop. I tried using an iPad (haha silly me) and it just wasn't powerful enough. So now I am looking for a new device. The HP Spectre x360 is at the top of my list, with the XPS 13 (1080p) close behind. Things that I would like in my laptop:
- Battery life (at least 6-7 hours)
- Touchscreen (2-in-1)
- Powerful device (Core i5/i7)
- RAM (I do lots of multi-tasking, so 8 GB would be ideal)
- SSD (Would prefer the faster response time vs. storage space...most of my stuff is in the cloud)
- Lightweight device (14" max...nothing heavier than 5 pounds)

I've thought about going to the dark side, but something keeps me from going down MacBook road. It is an option...

I have an xps 15 and love it, the 13 is a great device.
