What process should I do prior to using NRT?

Process Prior To Using NRT

To keep from possibly loading the same problem over again, should you delete all apps and email accounts off the phone prior to using the NRT? Then set the phone up from scratch?

I have a serious issue with an email account using way too much data, I have tried everything so Nokia is suggesting this action in an attempt to resolve.

Backup first, just in case. Then, set up the phone from scratch again.

Yeah, this process sounds about right.
