What uses less power

I am going to be outside all day today. What would use less power? Black background with brightness on high or white background on low? I normally have a black background on low but cant see anything in the sun.

Typically on AMOLED screens, a black background will use less power than a white background.

Close to end of story.

It simply depends on how much stuff is displayed on that black background screen.
