I'd tell my VPs to drop everything and get the following done yesterday...

10) A wishlist on the Microsoft Store (seriously, why is there no wishlist?)
9) Give us the ability to send/receive audio messages on Skype
8) Just one way to get to Settings in Windows 10 (merge Control Panel with Action Center)
7) Ditch MS To-Do and go all in with Wunderlist
6) An affordable (sub $799) version of HoloLens
5) Make Cortana available in all countries
4) Make MS Rewards available in all countries
3) Bring the following essential apps to the MS store: Mint, Voxer, iTunes, Chrome (compatible with Windows S mode)
2) Include the keyboard in the price of the Surface Pro
1) Give us Andromeda in 2018 - A Surface branded foldable device (\w pen) supporting LTE (e-Sim)/GPS

1. Reorganize the whole Windows department
2. Hire some new developers for the newly created mobile division
3. International support for mainstream products (ex. Cortana, Bing)
4. Make some deals/offers to maintain better relationships with social media giants for better supporting the Windows platform
5. Would hire the world's top developers to make Windows bug-free (including mobile here)
6. New plans for the Microsoft's ecosystem
7. Reorganize Feedback hub
