WhatsApp and Viber slow on 8.1 DP

these widely used apps are considerably slow. sad to c still whatsapp is struggling to get the confidence of WP users as compared to androide and IOS.
These both the apps takes long time to launch and to refresh themselves in real-time. Hoping to see improvements at least at this time where WP has moved up to 8.1

Are those apps stored on your memory card ? , if so try moving them to phone memory.
