I'm having a problem with whatsapp's backup. I just got my lumia 730 and I'm migrating from an Android but I cant make the backup work.
I make everything, I create a backiup from my Android, saved on my SD card but when I install whatsapp on my Windows Phone it doesnt recognize.
I realize that the extension are differents, Android use like ".crypt7" and my Windons uses nothing. Already placed the backup in the folder that the phone creates "sd card> whatsapp > WinPhoneBackup", but I cant make it work.
Any help?
