whatsapp not opening due to low storage on device

i use a lumia 540 with w10.
the whatsapp pops up a message showing im low on storage.i have deleted all unwanted apps on this device.only built in apps are remaining on phone storage. how to solve?

How much free space do you have?

Remove whatsapp and download it again
