Whatsapp notifications failing again after gdr2

ive noticed after updating to gdr2/amber that my whatsapp notificiations sometimes arrive 5-10 min later then they should. anyone else experience this after updating?

prolly its gotta do with ur wifi settings
"keep WiFi on when screen times out" in wifi advanced settings

Uninstall, soft reset, reinstall, check to see it works now. Also, on some wi-fis and some proxies, push seems delayed.

wifi is always on. And again it happened after the update so it cant be my wifi since that didnt change. i also did some soft resets, maybe i should try uninstalling.
