WhatsApp stops responding suddenly

My WhatsApp and opera browser suddenly stopped responding in my lumia 650.yesterday... I have already reset the phone and re installed the apps...its showing loading when i taps the icon...and the app closes suddenly with out any message..

There are more users with that problem. It's not your phone. No solution found yet.
