when app requirements are different on website and phone... which is correct?

I search windowsphone.com for apps, and when i find one i like, I download it via the store app on my nokia lumia 520.
Sometimes the app requirements as listed on the website are different than when they're listed through the store app.
So which is the correct set of requirements? Which takes precedent?

For example, "Note Tiles" on the website lists app requirements as
data services
WVGA (480x800)
HD720P (720x1280)
WXGA (768x1280)

But looking at the app on my phone via the store, there aren't any app requirements at all.
I've also encountered other apps whose requirements were slightly different on the site than via the store, but I don't think I need to provide anymore examples.

Anyways, which is the more accurate list of app requirements?

I would guess it is correct on the phone, but I'm not sure
