When closing a thread

Guys when you close a thread please post in that thread so forums members know who closed it. Give a reason even if the reason is "you guys need to knock it off."

If a thread that has valued content is out of hand its okay to close if for a cooling off period. Take your time and clean up unwanted content then reopen it if there is still interest in the thread.
