When I go to windowsphone.com why is it showing older app versions when I am logged in?

windowsphone.com shows older app versions when I am logged in

windowsphone.com shows older app versions when I am logged in than if I log out. I have also not had my phone show any store updates in a long time. For example when I am logged into windowsphone.com with my MS account, it shows Facebook version 5.3.3.0, but when I log out it shows version 8.3.3.0 . What is wrong with my phone? I have Sprint Samsung Ativ S Neo with WP8.

Maybe it's a country thing? What country are you from? Maybe it's showing the last version compatible with your phone? Is it new?
