When I swipe down the action center shows the mobile data as enabled even though it isn't. How can I fix this?

When I swipe down a second time the anomaly is corrected. I'm using Lumia 630 with Windows 8.1 Update 2.

No idea but this bug is already reported earlier so it is probably not Update 2 related.
