When will Outlook.com get updated?

How long should I have to wait until my mail account gets updated to the new version (based on Office365)?
I have one "trash mail account" that was updated about one month ago, but my main account is still stuck with the old version.
I mean, how long time can it take for MS to convert the existing accounts?

aren't some of those features only available in office 365? Meaning you have to pay to get them
