When will they finish migrating Outlook.com service

I have been waiting to have my Outlook.com email service upgraged and it still has not occurred. The problem is that I can't share my calendar with other outlook.com users as it says my account is in the process of being upgraded. It has said this for MONTHS. Does anyone know if there is a workaround?
