When will Windows 10 update come to Microsoft 540?

Hi. I live in India and would like to enquire about when would a Windows 10 update come to Microsoft 540? I asked the local dealers for which they assured the update to arrive in the month of December 2015. Quite not able to find an authentic answer. Kindly update on the answer.
