When Windows Central review apps? Is there any criteria for this?

I have an app named "Smart App Lock" in the market which has been published on 15th December. This app locker is based on Pattern Lock. Since there are few apps in the market that provide pattern lock. I want to get reviewed my app by Windows Central.

So I want to know what's the procedure to get reviewed your app by Windows Central?
