Where can I buy a Lumia 730 in Latvia or London England?

Hi all

I am traveling to Europe next week and will be in Riga Latvia for a day and London England for a day as well. I am interested in getting a Lumia 730 to take advantage of the dual SIM card feature. Does anyone know where this phone would be available in either of these locations. There are none that I can find anywhere in Canada.

I don't think you can get the dual sim version here in the UK (may be wrong though). You can get it Carphone Warehouse (highstreet shop, lots in London), for roughly ?150
