Where can I find a replacement screen on my Blu Win hd?

cracked screen on a blu win hd

I crack the top half of my screen I can still use the phone but I can click on the top half. I've been online looking for a replacement touch panel and can not find anything no threads or screens for sale. please help with ideas

Honestly that is probably not going to be an easy find.
