Where can i find store to repair my device

I have 950xl DS
so i am living in Saudi Arabia
city : Riyadh
i like to know where i can find a store so my mobile can be repaired
i check center in mursalat haddad telecommunication center they are not accepting the device and telling me warranty is not from them but when i contact Microsoft they directed me to B2X and in B2X telling me to go that center even after telling them they are not accepting my device then they told me they cant help me any more then this
i have receipt from jarir book store and my device is under warranty even it can be checked by IMEI so is there any solution what should i do and any type of help really appreciated

I would contact Microsoft again and explain the situation, you're being given a run around where the stores aren't helping you. Just let them know how you keep getting referred to the same places and those same places are referring you to the same ones. They may be able to advise of something.
