The features set for Cyan are pretty much locked in. Anything new would be for the next "D" update if considered. Uservoice is probably your best bet going forward being Microsoft now runs the show for the Nokia devices.

Well it's not much of a "new" feature (my bad for the title). It's the shutter speed option in the camera. Before the Lumia Black update all devices (including my 520) could set the shutter speed up to 4s. But after the Black update it was limited to 1s for us lower end users.
I was just hoping they'd bring it back with the Cyan update.
