where is enable editing on windows 8.1?
I reverted from windows 10 to windows 8 because of problems with 10. When I tried to open an old Office 2013 Excel file, it was now in a Protected View (red banner). I cannot find "enable editing" command anywhere after looking in as many places as i could think of searching. I have unchecked all enable protected view choices still can't edit the file.
