Where to turn off background task?

Hi guys despite having WiFi my 1GB of data is still being eaten (god knows why) think it could be background task. I can see where the notifications are but as for background task....not a clue. Any info will be appreciated

check Battery Saver for background tasks ...

Data sense will tell you what's consuming it.
