Which apps can I get a 38MP photo from?

I was hoping to use nokia smart cam to get some nice stills, but I can't tell if it is taking full res photos or just the 5mp ones. Anybody have any idea?
 
Looks like I answered my own question. The Nokia Pro Cam is the only app that will take full resolution photos.
