You can try the app I had created called "Pushpin" - I've worked with the Pushbullet devs to build out the app following their correct API processes. They have also been kind enough to provide real time push notifications to my app for all Windows Phone users.

Hi,
I am actually using your app and it's nice, but sometimes notifications don't work as expected. I use pushbullet in my chrome and on the phone and when I send a link from the phone to chrome, Pushpin receives the notification about it. So I have 2 notifications, one on the phone, from which I sent the link and one in chrome. And then, when I click on the notification in chrome, it sends another notification to Pushpin. So instead one, I got three.
I have also one suggestion. Make an option to save a default receiver, so that I don't have to choose the receiver each time I am sending something.
Overal, the app is great a thank you for all the effort!
