Which is the better upgrade?

I'm currently using a Lumia 520 on AT&T and I cant decide whether to switch to the Lumia 635 or hold old until the release of the 530. I'm wondering which is the better option.

530 is a *very* entry level model. 4GB storage (like the now defunct Nokia X line). 635 would probably be the better option of the two.

The 530 is a downgrade as far as you are probably concerned.
The 63x is a sidegrade.

If you are looking for an actual upgrade, either look at older devices like the 620, 720, +, or wait for their respective 30 refreshes.
