Which laptop should I buy?

I want some opinions/suggestions from you about buying a new laptop.
Which laptop is good these days...?

Features I want:
-non touchscreen
-screen size should be 15"/17"
-moderate use laptop

Budget lies b/w ₹ 25000- ₹ 35000...

What do you want to do with it, what size, touch/no touch, laptop or 2 in 1, .etc, etc, etc and what is your budget.
